The concrete material comprises the following raw material components: cement, quartz sand, quartz powder, silica fume, a carbon nanomaterial, steel fibers, a water reducing agent, a surfactant and water; wherein, according to the weight parts, the use amount of the cement is 600-1,000 parts, the use amount of the quartz sand is 660-1,100 parts, the use amount of the quartz powder is 210-350 parts, the use amount of the silica fume is 150-251 parts, the carbon nanomaterial accounts for 0%-0.2% of the total use amount of the cement, the volume mixing amount of the steel fiber is 1.0%-2.0%, the use amount of the water reducing agent accounts for 1.0%-2.0% of the total weight of the cement, and the use amount of the surfactant accounts for 1.0%-10.0% of the use amount of the carbon nanomaterial. By doping the steel fiber and the carbon nanomaterial, capacitance is formed in the concrete, external electric energy can be stored in the capacitor when the concrete is powered on, and the stored electric energy can be released automatically after the concrete is powered off. Compared with the prior art, the concrete disclosed by the invention has high mechanical property, high toughness and high impermeability, and also has the capabilities of charging, storing electric energy and releasing electric energy.
