High-strength recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-strength recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, waste steel bars, fused magnesite, recycled aggregate, a reinforcing agent and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and the preparation method comprises the steps of pretreatment, cutting and crushing treatment, primary mixing, secondary mixing and finished product obtaining. Compared with the prior art, the concrete prepared in the embodiments 1-5 is excellent in various properties, and the apparent porosity, the breaking strength, the compressive strength, the linear change rate and other parameters have good significant differences. On the basis of existing recycled concrete, fused magnesite, improved recycled aggregate and a brand-new reinforcing agent are added, meanwhile, a two-time mixing mode is set, all parameter conditions have a synergistic effect, the concrete is endowed with new excellent performance, the internal organizational structure of the concrete is changed, the constructability is improved, and the strength of the concrete is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种高强度再生混凝土及其制备方法,其原料如下:水泥、废旧钢筋、电熔镁砂、再生骨料、增强剂、聚羧酸高效减水剂,其制备方法包括预处理、截断和破碎处理、第一次混合、第二次混合、成品。与现有技术相比,本发明实施例1‑5制备的混凝土,各项性能优越,显气孔率、抗折强度、抗压强度、线变化率等参数均出现较好的显著性差异。本发明在现有的再生混凝土的基础上,添加电熔镁砂、改良的再生骨料及全新的增强剂,同时设置两次混合方式,各个参数条件之间协同增效,赋予混凝土新的优异性能,不仅改变了混凝土内部的组织结构,提高了可施工性,而且极大提高了混凝土的强度。
