Graphene oxide modified recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses graphene oxide modified recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The graphene oxide modified recycled concrete is prepared from 200 to 230 parts of Portland cement, 1100 to 1250 parts of recycled aggregate, 20 to 35 parts of graphene oxide, 10 to 20 parts of vinyltriethoxysilane, 3 to 5 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.2 to 0.5 part of sodium hydroxide, 1.5 to 4.5 parts of graphene oxide modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 150 to 180 parts of water. The method for preparing the graphene oxide modified recycled concrete comprises the following steps: a, pouring 0.5-1.5 parts of graphene oxide modified polycarboxylic acid water reducer, 3-5 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.2-0.5 part of sodium hydroxide and 50-100 parts of water into a stirrer, uniformly mixing, adding 1100-1250 parts of recycled aggregate, and stirring for 15-30 seconds; b, uniformly stirring 20-35 parts of graphene oxide, 10-20 parts of vinyltriethoxysilane and 50-75 parts of water, adding into a stirrer, stirring for 15-30 seconds, then adding 200-230 parts of Portland cement, and stirring for 30-50 seconds; and c, uniformly stirring 1-3 parts of the graphene oxide modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 50-80 parts of water, adding the mixture into the stirrer, and stirring for 60-120 seconds.
