Saltpetering-resistant colored facing mortar
The invention relates to saltpetering-resistant colored facing mortar, which is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 150 to 200 parts of aluminate cement, 50 to 100 parts of gypsum, 600 to 800 parts of sand, 1 to 5 parts of sodium alginate, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of cellulose ether, 0.3 to 1.0 part of defoaming agent, 2 to 8 parts of water reducing agent, 4 to 8 parts of pigment and 100 to 150 parts of water. Compared with the prior art, the saltpetering-resistant colored facing mortar disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the aluminate cement is selected as a main cementing material, the aluminate cement can fundamentally avoid the generation of Ca(OH)2, and the selected sodium alginate has the effect of chelating metal cations, so that the generation of alkaline cations is greatly reduced; further, soluble salt ions in the mortar are inhibited from migrating outwards, so that the effect of inhibiting the saltpetering of the facing mortar is achieved; and in addition, through composite application of the water-retaining agent, the defoaming agent and the water reducing agent, the compactness and the strength of the facing mortar are improved, and migration of soluble salt ions in the mortar to the surface is further reduced in an auxiliary mode.
本发明涉及一种抗泛碱彩色饰面砂浆,包括以下组分及重量份含量:铝酸盐水泥150‑200份,石膏50‑100份,砂600‑800份,海藻酸钠1‑5份,纤维素醚0.5‑1.5份,消泡剂0.3‑1.0份,减水剂2‑8份,颜料4‑8份,水100‑150份。与现有技术相比,本发明的抗泛碱彩色饰面砂浆选用铝酸盐水泥作为主要胶凝材料,铝酸盐水泥可从根本上避免了Ca(OH)2的产生,并且选用的海藻酸钠具有鳌合金属阳离子的作用,从而大大减少了碱性阳离子的产生,进而抑制砂浆内部可溶性盐离子向外的迁移,以达到抑制饰面砂浆泛碱的作用;此外保水剂、消泡剂和减水剂的复合应用增加了饰面砂浆的密实度和强度,进一步辅助性减少砂浆内部可溶性盐离子向表面迁移。
