Preparation method of high-thermal-conductivity diamond film fluorescent glass and semiconductor lighting product thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of high-thermal-conductivity diamond film fluorescent glass and a semiconductor lighting product thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: uniformly mixing glass powder, fluorescent powder and an organic solvent to prepare fluorescent glass slurry; uniformly coating a transparent substrate with the prepared fluorescent glass slurry, and preparing fluorescent glass on the transparent substrate in a sintering manner; depositing a layer of diamond film on the fluorescent glass through a chemical vapor deposition technology, so as to obtain the diamond film fluorescent glass; and finally, taking the diamond film fluorescent glass as a fluorescence wavelength conversion material, and pasting the diamond film fluorescent glass above a semiconductor chip module to obtain the semiconductor lighting product. Heat generated by the fluorescent glass is quickly dissipated through the high-heat-conductivity diamond film, so that bad effects such as thermal quenching caused by heating of the fluorescent glass can be prevented, the service stability of the fluorescent glass can be improved, and the light color stability of the semiconductor lighting product is ensured.
