Ablation-resistant ceramic-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an ablation-resistant ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method thereof, and is applied to the technical field of aerospace materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: placing metal hafnium in a vacuum environment, introducing a carbon source gas, heating to an evaporation temperature, and then carrying out evaporation on the ceramic-based composite material to obtain the ablation-resistant ceramic-based composite material containing the HfC layer, wherein the thickness of the HfC layer is 15-20 [mu]m. The ablation-resistant ceramic-based composite material can be provided, and still keeps excellent ablation resistance at the temperature of 1000-2000 DEG C.
本发明提供了一种耐烧蚀陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法,应用于航空航天材料技术领域;该制备方法包括:将金属铪置于真空环境中,通入碳源气体,并加热至蒸发温度,然后对陶瓷基复合材料进行蒸镀,得到包含HfC层的所述耐烧蚀陶瓷基复合材料;其中,HfC层的厚度为15‑20μm。本发明能够提供一种耐烧蚀的陶瓷基复合材料,其在1000‑2000℃下仍能保持优异的耐烧蚀性。
