The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic materials, and particularly relates to a ceramic material with excellent antibacterial property and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic material comprises a ceramic body, a glaze layer applied to the outer surface of the body, an outer antibacterial coating layer applied to the outer surface of the glaze layer and an inner antibacterial coating layer applied to the inner surface of the body; the outer antibacterial coating layer is formed by attaching nano TiO2 to the outer surface of the ceramic glaze layer in the form of a film by using a sol-gel method; and the inner antibacterial coating layer is formed by spraying silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide sol on the inner surface of the green body, drying and calcining. According to the invention, the design is scientific and reasonable, and the outer antibacterial coating layer applied to the outer surface of the glaze layer has the antibacterial advantage of a nano titanium photocatalyst, so that the sterilization effect can be conveniently improved by utilizing illumination; wherein the inner antibacterial coating layer applied to the inner surface of the green body has the silver antibacterial advantage and is convenient for sterilization under a dark condition, and the inner antibacterial coating layer and the inner antibacterial coating layer cooperate with each other, so that the ceramic material has excellent antibacterial property.
本发明属于陶瓷材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有优良抗菌性的陶瓷材料及其制备方法,该陶瓷材料包括陶瓷坯体、施于坯体外表面的釉面层、施于釉面层外表面的外抗菌镀膜层以及施于坯体内表面的内抗菌镀膜层;外抗菌镀膜层是利用溶胶‑凝胶法将纳米TiO2以薄膜的形式附着于陶瓷的釉面层外表面;内抗菌镀膜层是通过在坯体内表面喷涂载银纳米二氧化钛溶胶后,再经烘干、煅烧而形成。本发明设计科学合理,其中施于釉面层外表面的外抗菌镀膜层具有纳米钛系光触媒型抗菌优点,便于利用光照来提高杀菌效果;其中施于坯体内表面的内抗菌镀膜层具有银系抗菌优点,便于在无光条件下进行杀菌,两者协同配合,使得陶瓷材料具有优良抗菌性。
