The invention discloses a concrete plaited block base layer of an asphalt pavement, which comprises plaited block bodies, the side surfaces of the plaited block bodies are inclined surfaces, and the plurality of plaited block bodies establish an embedding and extruding relationship through the inclined surfaces to form a plaited block base layer plane structure with vertical interlocking and plane interlocking. According to the concrete plaited block base layer, concrete precast blocks meeting certain conditions are defined as braided blocks on the basis of the braiding technology, joints between the blocks can be kept in a tightly attached state by means of the overlying relation between the braided blocks, the joint load transfer capacity of the blocks is improved, the vertical interlocking and transverse interlocking relation can be established between adjacent base blocks, the road base layer is gradually diffused to all the woven blocks under the load action through the combined woven grid structure, an annular rewinding and laminating relation is shown around the centers of net openings of the woven blocks, and the road base layer has plate body stability and has practical significance in the aspects of enhancing the stability of the base layer plate body, preventing reflection cracks of a rigid-flexible composite road surface, prolonging the service life of the base layer, reducing life-cycle cost and the like.
