The invention provides a road surface slicking device for concrete road construction and a use method thereof, relates to the technical field of road surface leveling, and aims to solve the problems that when an existing concrete road surface slicking device is used, slurry scraped on a road surface cannot be collected, side leakage cannot be avoided, and redundant slurry or concrete cannot be removed and collected. The device comprises a body, a moving part and a bottom part. The bottom of the body is of an L-shaped structure, and the top end of the main body is of a T-shaped structure; and the top end of the bottom piece is connected with the bottoms of the two ends of the moving piece. The moving part is located at the top end of the main body, the moving part can move along with the main body, the bottom of the moving part and the scraping plate can make contact with a concrete pavement, when the device moves, the scraping plate can collect redundant mortar, the mortar can be guided by the scraping plate, the two sides of the scraping plate are of an inclined structure, and when the mortar is collected, the mortar can be gathered and collected towards the middle, so that side leakage of the mortar is avoided.
