Perforated stiffening rib-reinforced concrete combined steel beam and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a perforated stiffening rib-reinforced concrete combined steel beam and a construction method thereof. The steel beam comprises a top plate, a middle web plate, a side web plate, a bottom plate, a transverse partition plate, perforated stiffening ribs, penetrating steel bars, concrete and common stiffening ribs. The top plate, the middle web, the side webs and the bottom plate are welded to form a steel beam main body structure; longitudinal common stiffening ribs are welded on the top plate and the side web plates; longitudinal opening stiffening ribs are welded on the bottom plate at the support; concrete is cast in place on the bottom plate, and transverse partition plates are longitudinally arranged at intervals and welded to the top plate, the middle web plate, the side web plates and the bottom plate. The middle part of the transverse partition plate is provided with an opening. The steel beam and the concrete are connected through the perforated stiffening ribs, the steel beam bottom plate or the middle web plate and the side web plates are reinforced through the concrete, stress of the steel beam bottom plate is shared by the post-pouring concrete, the perforated stiffening ribs are restrained by the post-pouring concrete, out-of-plane instability of the stiffening ribs is prevented, the bottom plate or the web plates are reinforced through the concrete. The thickness of the reinforced plate does not need to be increased, and the steel consumption is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种开孔加劲肋‑钢筋混凝土组合式钢梁及其施工方法,钢梁包括顶板、中腹板、边腹板、底板、横隔板、开孔加劲肋、贯穿钢筋、混凝土及普通加劲肋;顶板、中腹板、边腹板和底板通过焊接组成钢梁主体结构;顶板和边腹板上焊接纵向普通加劲肋;底板位于支座处焊接纵向开孔加劲肋;底板上现浇混凝土,纵向间隔设置横隔板,横隔板与顶板、中腹板、边腹板以及底板焊接,横隔板中部开口;开孔加劲肋连接钢梁与混凝土,混凝土对钢梁底板或中腹板、边腹板进行加强,后浇混凝土分担钢梁底板的受力,后浇混凝土对开孔加劲肋起到约束作用,防止加劲肋的面外失稳,利用混凝土对底板或腹板进行了加强,无需增加被加强板的厚度,大大减少了用钢量。
