Dumbbell-shaped concrete filled steel tube arch rib structure using corrugated steel web
The invention discloses a dumbbell-shaped concrete-filled steel tube arch rib structure which comprises an arch rib, the arch rib comprises an upper circular steel tube and a lower circular steel tube, the upper circular steel tube and the lower circular steel tube are connected through the corrugated steel web in a welded mode, and a suspender anchoring point is arranged at the top of the upper edge or the bottom of the lower edge of the arch rib. The anchoring point of the suspender and the arch rib upper edge suspender is a bearing plate, the anchoring point of the suspender and the arch rib lower edge suspender is an anchoring plate, and concrete is arranged in the upper circular steel pipe and the lower circular steel pipe. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1) prefabricating the arch ribs; 2) hoisting an arch rib; and 3) pouring concrete. Compared with the prior art, the structure has the advantages that the structure is clear, construction is convenient, the corrugated steel web is used for connecting the upper circular steel pipe and the lower circular steel pipe of the dumbbell-shaped concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge arch rib, concrete does not need to be poured into a cavity of the corrugated steel web, and the dead weight of the whole structure can be reduced; the corrugated steel webs are adopted between the upper circular steel pipes and the lower circular steel pipes of the main arch for shear resistance, stress of arch ribs can be optimized, and bin explosion of the webs is avoided.
