The invention relates to an intelligent multifunctional overwater operation platform which comprises a controller, a storage battery electrically connected with the controller, an operation bedplate provided with a driving device, two buoys which are mounted at the lower end of the operation bedplate and are transversely arranged in parallel, a water surface float cleaning and classifying device arranged between the two buoys, an inspection device arranged at the front part of the upper end of the operation bedplate as well as a water quality sampling device and a chemical adding device which are arranged on two sides of the upper end of the operation bedplate respectively. According to the intelligent multifunctional overwater operation platform, the drainage basin patrol work efficiency is high, and floating garbage found through patrol and poor water quality needing chemical addition for water quality improvement can be treated in time.
