The invention discloses a segmented construction method for an underground diaphragm wall under a continuous large-diameter pipeline. The method comprises the following steps: according to the situation that a part of pipeline groups cross or obliquely cross the upper part of the underground diaphragm wall due to the fact that the pipeline cannot be moved and relocated because of some reasons in site construction, the pipeline is protected from being damaged while considering the high-quality construction of the underground diaphragm wall, and by means adjustment of groove width, the size requirement of a grab bucket of a grooving machine is met, and soil below the pipeline is removed to the greatest extent; residual soil of the underground diaphragm wall under the pipeline is removed by using a gas lift method; after the soil body under the pipeline is removed and the grooving standard requirement is met, two reinforcement cages are arranged in a groove in a segmented mode through a translation method, and the reinforcement cages are accurately in place through hoisting and translation. According to the method, the reinforcement cages are accurately positioned by adopting the gas lift method for grooving and the translation method, so that the construction progress is accelerated while the construction quality of the diaphragm wall is ensured, and the cost of movement and relocation of the pipeline and the construction cost are saved.
本发明公开了一种连续大直径管线下地连墙分节施工方法,根据现场施工中存在某些原因导致管线无法进行迁改,导致部分管线群横跨或斜跨地连墙上方,考虑地连墙高质量施工的同时保护管线不受破坏,通过分幅调整槽宽,满足成槽机抓斗尺寸,尽大程度清除管线下方土体。利用气举法清除管线下方地连墙剩余土体;管线下方土体清除完毕并达到成槽规范要求后,利用平移法分节在槽内下设二个钢筋笼,通过吊装平移使钢筋笼准确就位。本发明的方法采用气举法成槽及平移法使钢筋笼精准就位,确保地连墙施工质量的同时加快施工进度,进而节约管钱迁改成本及施工成本。
