The method comprises the following steps of (1), removing a cracked part and a collapsed part of a mine section until the original ground without deformation and disturbance; (2), arranging a plurality of gabion net cage devices on the ground at equal intervals; (3), fixing the gabion net cages; (4), mixing slag and cement and putting into a plurality of gabion net cages, reserving fish-scale pits in the gabion net cages, and then building gabion grid retaining walls among the gabion net cages; and (5), filling the fish-scale pits with soil, and planting trees, shrubs and vine plants. According to the construction method, the gabion net cages can be fixed to the side slope of a mining area and the position where the gabion grid retaining walls needs to be formed, the fixing effect is good, the gabion net cages and the ground are not prone to falling off, multi-layer regreening vegetation can be formed, and the regreening coverage rate can be increased easily.
