Deepwater foot-boot type jacket structure for offshore booster station
The invention discloses a deepwater foot-boot type jacket structure for an offshore booster station. The deepwater foot-boot type jacket structure is safe and reliable in structure, convenient to construct, capable of saving investment and bearing larger loads and suitable for sea areas with the water depth exceeding 30m. The deepwater foot-boot type jacket structure structurally comprises a multi-layer truss structure and steel pipe piles. The multi-layer truss structure comprises a plurality of jacket main legs, and the number of the steel pipe piles corresponds to that of the jacket main legs. The deepwater foot-boot type jacket structure is characterized in that foot-boot structures are arranged between the jacket main legs and the steel pipe piles, and box type anti-sinking structures are arranged at the bottoms of the foot-boot structures. The box type anti-sinking structures are adopted, the structural integrity is better, and larger vertical force can be borne. Traditional foot-boot type jacket sleeves and piles are only provided with circumferential shear keys, and according to the scheme, the circumferential shear keys are arranged, and vertical shear keys are further arranged. The circumferential shear keys are used for bearing the vertical force but cannot share the torque of pile bodies, the vertical shear keys can well overcome the defect, and the requirement for complex loads of the deepwater jacket pile bodies can be better met.
本发明公开了一种用于海上升压站的深水脚靴式导管架结构,其结构上安全可靠、施工便利并节省投资,能够承载更大的载荷,适用于超30m水深的海域。其结构包括多层桁架结构和钢管桩,所述的多层桁架结构包括若干导管架主腿,钢管桩和导管架主腿数量对应,其特征是,导管架主腿和钢管桩之间设有脚靴结构,所述的脚靴结构底部设有箱式防沉结构。本发明采用了箱式防沉结构,结构整体性更好,可以承担更大的竖向力。传统脚靴式导管架套筒和桩只设置环向剪力键,本方案不但布置有环向剪力键,还设置了竖向剪力键。环向剪力键用于承担竖向力,但无法分担桩身扭矩,而竖向剪力键可以很好的弥补这一缺陷,更能适应深水导管架桩身复杂荷载的要求。
