The basement roof pre-closed post-cast strip waterproof structure comprises a basement roof, a post-cast strip, a concrete cover plate, a pouring opening, a sealing baffle and a bottom formwork, wherein the post-cast strip is located at a reserved gap of the basement roof, and the basement roof, the concrete cover plate and the bottom formwork are located on the periphery of the post-cast strip; the bottom formwork is detachably installed at the bottom of the basement roof, concrete is poured at the top of the basement roof to form the concrete cover plate, the pouring opening is located over the post-cast strip, and the top of the pouring opening is sealed and blocked through the detachable sealing baffle. The pouring opening is in an inverted trapezoid shape and penetrates through the whole post-cast strip area, and concrete pouring is more uniform; the bottom formwork adopts detachable design, so that the operation is simple; a plurality of arc-shaped gaps are formed in the concrete layer, so that the load caused to the post-cast strip area is reduced while the strength is guaranteed; and a water leakage detection mechanism is added, so that when water leakage occurs due to uncertain factors, troubleshooting and maintenance can be carried out in time.
