Rapid bucket crumple connecting device and method capable of detecting overexcavation offset distance
The invention discloses a rapid bucket crumple connecting device and method capable of detecting the overexcavation offset distance. The device comprises an input part, a telescopic arm, a bucket, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a crumple connecting rod set, a plane force sensor, a calculation part and a crumple orientation structure. The crumple connecting rod set is provided with at least one foldable crumple rod, and each foldable crumple rod comprises two crumple arms. The two plane force sensors can detect the stresses of the bucket in a horizontal plane and a vertical plane. The calculation part is electrically connected with the plane force sensors, an explosion telescopic pin and an excavator chassis, and can trigger the explosion telescopic pin to retract when the stress exceeds a threshold value due to the fact that the bucket touches a pipeline. When the calculation part detects that the bucket touches the pipeline, the calculation part calculates the offset distance that the chassis needs to move. Rapid crumple happening when the bucket touches the pipeline is achieved, meanwhile, the coincident offset distance between the bucket and the pipeline is detected, and a basis is provided for a driver to operate an excavator.
