The invention relates to a sealing layer mounting structure of an embedded ventilation curtain wall. The sealing layer mounting structure comprises unit main stand columns, unit side stand columns and decorative lines. Inner side sealing plate assemblies, middle sealing plate assemblies and outer side sealing plate assemblies are arranged between the unit main stand columns and the unit side stand columns. According to the scheme, the three sealing plate assemblies are arranged at a sealing layer between the unit curtain wall stand columns; outer side sealing plates seal the outer vertical face of the curtain wall sealing layer, and the leakproofness of the curtain wall is guaranteed; landscape lamps are arranged between the outer side sealing plates and the middle sealing plates to irradiate the back sides of the decorative lines, and therefore the requirement for the diversified curtain wall decorative effect is met; the inner side sealing plates and the middle sealing plates are of a detachable structure and are provided with heat preservation materials, and therefore the heat insulation and preservation performance of the curtain wall is met, and workers can conveniently maintain the curtain wall in the later period; and the overall structure is convenient to mount and dismount, materials are saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
