The invention discloses a foaming ceramic heat preservation and decoration integrated plate reverse hitting fixing assembly, a mounting method thereof and a wall. The reverse hitting fixing assembly comprises a foaming ceramic heat preservation and decoration integrated plate (hereinafter referred to as an integrated plate), and the side face of the foaming ceramic heat preservation and decoration integrated plate is an inclined plane A; the cross section of a foamed ceramic fixing strip (hereinafter referred to as a fixing strip) is trapezoidal; the included angle between the waist of the trapezoid section and the trapezoid upper bottom is the same as the included angle between the inclined plane A and the back face of the integrated plate. The shape formed after the fixing strips and the integrated plate are combined can generate the meshing effect, the binding force between the integrated plate and the concrete can be enhanced, and meanwhile stress concentration can be avoided.
本发明为一种发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化板反打固定组件及其安装方法和墙体。反打固定组件包括发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化板(以下称一体化板)，其侧面为斜平面A；发泡陶瓷固定条(以下称固定条)，其横截面为梯形；所述梯形截面的腰和梯形上底之间的夹角与斜平面A和一体化板背面之间的夹角相同。所述安装方法如下，将一体化板阵列排布于模板上；固定条胶粘在一体化板的接缝处；待胶粘达到粘结强度后，在一体化板的背面进行进墙体混凝土的浇筑，混凝土凝固后形成预制混凝土墙体。本发明的优点为，固定条与一体化板为同一材质，相容性好。固定条与一体化板组合后的形状可以产生啮合的效果，有利于增强一体化板与混凝土的粘结力，同时可以避免应力集中。
