The invention relates to a fabricated faced wallboard structure and a mounting method thereof. The fabricated faced wallboard structure comprises a first keel fixedly connected with a wall surface, wherein the first keel is connected with a second keel; a first adjusting groove is formed in the first keel; the second keel is provided with a second adjusting groove opposite to the first adjusting groove; the first adjusting groove and the second adjusting groove are fixedly connected through a leveling assembly; a hanging piece is hung on the upper side of the second keel; and the hanging piece is fixedly connected with the wallboard. The fabricated wallboard dry hanging system is pre-fixed through the first keel, then the second keel and the first keel are fixed, installation personnel can conduct installation conveniently, and the installation efficiency is improved; the distance from the wallboard to a building body can be adjusted according to use requirements; and the wallboard does not need to be in direct contact with the wall body, so that the wallboard can be installed by leveling the second keel, and the installation difficulty of a product is reduced.
