A fixed cross rod is fixedly connected to the interior of the placement groove, a sliding block is slidably connected to the outer surface of the fixed cross rod, a spring sleeves the outer surface of the fixed cross rod, buckle blocks are fixedly connected to the surface of the sliding block, and splicing blocks are fixedly connected to the surfaces of the two sides of the first mounting bottom plate. According to the splicing type energy-saving water heating floor and the using method thereof, the buckle blocks and the through grooves are arranged, so that the mounting bottom plate can be better spliced with and detached from the water heating floor body, and then the problems that the water heating pipes are difficult to overhaul after being damaged and the whole splicing trouble is caused are avoided; and the splicing property between the first mounting bottom plate and the second mounting bottom plate is further improved by arranging the splicing blocks, splicing strips and splicing insertion rods.
