Cantilever scaffold vertical rod positioning pile structure and using method thereof
The invention discloses a cantilever scaffold vertical rod positioning pile structure. The cantilever scaffold vertical rod positioning pile structure is provided with a clamping seat, a vertical positioning steel pipe is welded to the upper surface of the clamping seat, and a cantilever scaffold vertical rod is arranged on the positioning steel pipe in a sleeving mode and is in sliding fit with the positioning steel pipe; one end of the clamping seat is clamped on one side of an I-shaped steel upper flange through a clamping groove formed by a bending structure; and the other end of the clamping seat extends out of the other side of the I-shaped steel upper flange, and the clamping seat is fastened on I-shaped steel through a fixing clamp, a fastening bolt and a fastening nut, wherein the fastening bolt and the fastening nut are arranged outside the I-shaped steel upper flange. The invention further discloses a using method of the cantilever scaffold vertical rod positioning pile structure. By the adoption of the technical scheme, welding of a steel bar and the I-shaped steel can be avoided, and the problem that the I-shaped steel is damaged by welding is effectively solved; the positioning pile device has the advantage of being capable of being repeatedly used, and the production cost is reduced; and the cantilever scaffold vertical rod positioning pile structure has the characteristics of being easy to operate and implement, the construction efficiency is improved, and the safety is guaranteed.
