The arc-circle combined special-shaped concrete member formwork reinforcing device comprises a first body, a second body, a first connecting mechanism, a second connecting mechanism, a first reinforcing plate, a second reinforcing plate, a first protection plate and a second protection plate; the first body is provided with a movable opening, the movable opening is clamped with a concrete cylinder, in order to prevent the first body from sliding off due to uneven stress in the concrete pouring process of the special-shaped member, the detachable second body is arranged on the outer wall, opposite to the concrete cylinder, of the first body, and rough lines are arranged on the surface, connected with the first body, of the second body; and the first connecting mechanism and the second connecting mechanism are arranged on the outer wall of the second body. During using, the method comprises the following steps: the concrete cylinder is measured; the first body is clamped into the concrete cylinder; the second body is installed for reinforcement; and wood formworks are installed. The device and the method have the beneficial effects that the reinforcing strength can be improved, and the engineering cost is reduced.
