The aluminum alloy door and window comprises a bay window module, a grasping module, an escape module and an extrusion module, wherein the grasping module comprises a wall body and a window body which is movably connected with the wall body, a trapezoidal sliding groove is formed in one side of the wall body, and the grasping module comprises a rectangular block which is connected with the wall body in an inserted mode, a trapezoidal sliding plate which is fixedly connected with the rectangular block and is in sliding connection with the trapezoidal sliding groove and a metal grasping plate which is movably connected with the rectangular block.
