3D printing concrete material pumping control system
The invention discloses a 3D printing concrete material pumping control system which comprises a conveying pump, a testing device, a starting time obtaining module, an ending time obtaining module, a current fluidity obtaining module and a fluidity interpretation module, wherein an inlet valve and an outlet valve are correspondingly arranged at an inlet and an outlet of the testing device respectively. The starting time obtaining module acquires the opening time of the inlet valve; after the testing device tests the performance of the concrete material, the ending time obtaining module obtains the opening time of the outlet valve; the current fluidity obtaining module is used for acquiring the current fluidity of the concrete material according to the corresponding relation among the fluidity, the starting and ending time and the ending time; finally, the fluidity interpretation module judges whether the current fluidity is larger than or equal to the preset fluidity or not, and if yes, the conveying pump operates normally; and if not, the conveying pump stops pumping. The pumping control system for the 3D printing concrete material can accurately control the fluidity of the concrete material conveyed by the conveying pump.
本发明公开一种3D打印混凝土材料泵送控制系统,包括输送泵、测试装置、起止时间获取模块、结束时间获取模块、当前流动度获取模块和流动度判读模块,测试装置的进出口分别对应设有进口阀门和出口阀门。起止时间获取模块获取进口阀门的开启时间;测试装置测试完混凝土材料的性能后,结束时间获取模块获取出口阀门的开启时间;当前流动度获取模块依据流动度、起止时间及结束时间之间的对应关系获取混凝土材料的当前流动度;最后,流动度判读模块判断当前流动度是否大于等于预设流动度,若是,则输送泵正常运转;若否,则输送泵停止泵送。本发明所提供的3D打印混凝土材料泵送控制系统能够精确控制输送泵所输送的混凝土材料的流动度。
