Systems and methods for manufacturing caustic-burned magnesia powder by utilizing magnesite powder
The invention discloses systems and methods for manufacturing caustic-burned magnesia powder by utilizing magnesite powder, and relates to the technical field of manufacturing of caustic-burned magnesia powder. The systems comprise a concentrate powder system, a raw ore powder system and a tailing powder system. The methods comprise a method for manufacturing the caustic-burned magnesia powder by using the concentrate powder, a method for manufacturing the caustic-burned magnesia powder by using the raw ore powder and a method for manufacturing the caustic-burned magnesia powder by using tailing powder. The three sets of systems independently exist and respectively treat different materials; the whole process is more environment-friendly, waste residues can be treated more timely, products with three quality levels can be produced at the same time, and users have more choices; and compared with conventional individual process, the formed large process is more complete, higher in utilization rate and more perfect.
