The invention discloses a telescopic device for wave-shaped slab staggering prevention and aging prevention continuous reinforced concrete road surfaces. The telescopic device comprises bases arranged on a road base, and the bases are transversely arranged along the road surfaces; each base is provided with a wave-shaped telescopic plate used for preventing road surfaces slab staggering, a drainage groove used for drainage and dust prevention and a reinforced structure used for improving the structural strength. The bases are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode, the wave-shaped telescopic plates are arranged between the bases at intervals and are vertically arranged, the drainage grooves are formed between the bases and are horizontally arranged, and the drainage grooves are located above the wave-shaped telescopic plates; the reinforced structures are arranged outside the left sides and the right sides of the bases. According to the telescopic device, the vertically-arranged wave-shaped telescopic plates connect the bases on the two sides of the telescopic device and the road surfaces into a whole, when a vehicle load is effectively transmitted to the two sides of the telescopic device, the vertically-arranged wave-shaped telescopic plates can resist shearing force formed between the road surfaces on the two sides, the situation that due to differential settlement of the road surfaces on the two sides, the telescopic device is staggered is avoided, the driving comfort is greatly improved, and the vehicle impact is reduced.
