The stable adjusting device comprises: an adjusting assembly, wherein the adjusting assembly is connected with the bottom box; at least two adjusting box bodies which are in sliding connection with the adjusting assembly; a cutting disk; and a spray head, wherein the stabilizing assembly is connected with the adjusting assembly and used for being matched with the adjusting assembly for limiting and fixing. According to the device, the adjusting assembly is matched with the stabilizing assembly, accurate and stable adjustment of the water spraying equipment and the cutting equipment is achieved, the joint cutting effect on road surfaces with different strengths is improved, meanwhile, an external vehicle frame mechanism is further optimized, the moving stability during joint cutting is further improved, and the joint cutting quality is improved.
