Concrete track bridge strut system and adjusting method for dealing with land subsidence by using same
The invention discloses a concrete track bridge strut system and an adjusting method for dealing with ground subsidence by using the same. The system comprises a concrete foundation, a concrete strut, an embedded part and a tray device, wherein the embedded part comprises a bottom plate, and the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of studs which are vertically arranged in a penetrating mode; the tray device comprises a supporting plate, the supporting plate is provided with external thread sleeves in one-to-one correspondence with the studs, the supporting plate is placed on the bottom plate, the external thread sleeves are arranged in mounting holes in a base of the concrete supporting column in a penetrating mode, and the upper ends of the studs upwards penetrate out of the external thread sleeves and the top face of the base and then are fixed through first nuts; and rail cement is poured between the supporting plate and the base. When the ground subsidence is too large, the concrete strut and the tray device can be taken down from the studs, an adjusting pad is placed, and then the concrete strut and the tray device are installed on the studs, so the concrete strut can be repeatedly used, efficiency is improved, and cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种混凝土轨道桥支柱系统及其应对地面沉降的调整方法,该系统包括混凝土基础、混凝土支柱、预埋件和托盘装置,预埋件包括底板,其具有垂直贯穿设置的多根螺柱;托盘装置包括托板,其设有与所述螺柱一一对应的外螺纹套,所述托板放置在所述底板上,所述外螺纹套穿设在所述混凝土支柱的底座上的安装孔内,所述螺柱的上端向上穿出所述外螺纹套和所述底座的顶面后,通过第一螺母固定;所述托板与所述底座之间灌注轨道胶泥。本发明,地面沉降过大时,可以将混凝土支柱连同托盘装置从螺柱上取下,放置调整垫后,再将混凝土支柱连同托盘装置安装在螺柱上,由此,混凝土支柱可以重复使用,提高了效率,降低了成本。
