The invention discloses a combined shallow soft soil pile and large-pile-diameter deep pile foundation in the field of civil engineering. The combined shallow soft soil pile and large-pile-diameter deep pile foundation comprises a butt joint sleeve, fastening rings, a pile body and a pile shoe; the top of the pile body is sleeved with the butt joint sleeve; the outer side of the pile body is sleeved with the fastening rings at equal intervals; reserved holes are formed in the outer side of the pile body in the circumferential direction at equal intervals; the bottom of the pile body is sleeved with an installation sleeve, and the pile shoe is welded to the bottom of the installation sleeve; a groove is formed in one side of the pile shoe, and a liquid inlet hole is formed in the groove; the outer surface layer of the pile body is coated with a stable coating; and a strip-shaped groove is formed in the outer side of the pile body in the axis direction. When the novel shallow soft soil pile and large-pile-diameter deep pile foundation is used in shallow soft soil, the butt joint sleeve is taken down, and upper structure construction is facilitated; when the novel shallow soft soil pile and large-pile-diameter deep pile foundation is used in a deep foundation, the pile body is connected in a butt joint manner through the butt joint sleeve, locking and fixing are conducted through locking bolts in locking holes, and the application range is effectively enlarged; and underground water can permeate into a hollow cavity conveniently through the liquid inlet hole, and the underground water can be pumped out and reduced conveniently through pumping equipment in the later period.
