The deep foundation pit supporting structure comprises a supporting plate used for being attached to the side wall of a foundation pit to support the foundation pit and a supporting mechanism used for supporting the supporting plate; a plurality of water guide pipes are arranged on the supporting plate, one ends of the water guide pipes are connected to the supporting plate, the other ends of the water guide pipes extend into a foundation pit side wall soil layer in the direction away from the supporting plate, and the height of the ends, away from the supporting plate, of the water guide pipes is not smaller than that of the ends, close to the supporting plate, of the water guide pipes; the pipe walls of the water guide pipes are provided with a plurality of water guide holes in a penetrating manner, the water guide holes are distributed in the upper half portions of the water guide pipes, and the ends, away from the supporting plate, of the water guide pipes are closed; and the ends, close to the supporting plate, of the water guide pipes penetrates through the supporting plate. The deep foundation pit supporting structure and the construction method thereof have the effects that redundant water in the foundation pit wall soil layer is discharged to reduce the pressure of the foundation pit wall soil body on the supporting structure, and the long-term stability of the supporting structure of the foundation pit is guaranteed.
