The invention relates to a layered water taking structure of a reservoir. The layered water taking structure comprises a water intake tower, the water intake tower is provided with a sewage cleaning mechanism, a sewage taking groove is formed in the lower end of the sewage cleaning mechanism, the water intake tower is provided with a mounting rod, the sewage cleaning mechanism is slidably connected into a mounting groove formed in the mounting rod, the sewage taking groove is provided with a gate shaft, a lifting device is arranged at the upper end of the gate shaft, a gate is connected to the lower end of the lifting device through a lifting rod and arranged at a water intake, a trash rack is arranged at the front end of the gate, channels are formed in the rear ends of the water intakes and connected to a water outlet pipe, gate grooves are formed in the water intake towers and communicate with bottom holes, bulkhead gates are arranged at the communicating positions of the gate grooves and the bottom holes, and a service gate is arranged at the downstream end of a dam. The layered water taking mode is adopted, the water intakes with different elevations are used for taking surface water according to the change of the water level of the reservoir so as to ensure the water quality of drinking water for agriculture, aquaculture, ecology and people, and through the arrangement of the layered water taking structure and the mode of one tower with multiple openings, the occupied area of a project is saved, and the project investment is reduced.
