The invention provides a deep well pump room for a deep drainage tunnel, and belongs to the field of urban drainage. The deep well pump room comprises a water collecting well and a pump room working area, wherein the water collecting well is rectangular, one end of the water collecting well is used for being connected with a deep drainage tunnel, and the other end of the water collecting well is connected with the pump room working area; the pump room working area is designed to be circular, a water inlet runner layer, an equipment layer and a ground layer are sequentially arranged in the pump room working area from bottom to top, one end of a water inlet main pipe in the water inlet runner layer is connected with a water collecting well, and the other end of the water inlet main pipe is connected with a water inlet runner which is connected with a lifting main pump in the equipment layer through a water pump shunting pipe, and meanwhile, the lifting main pump is connected with a water outlet channel of the ground layer through a water outlet pipe, so that rain sewage in the deep drainage tunnel is lifted and discharged. The rectangular catchment well and the large-diameter circular pump room working area are arranged in a racket shape, transition connection of the deep drainage tunnel and the deep well pump room is achieved, and the problem of multi-specialty cross interference caused by synchronous construction is avoided.
