The invention discloses a water tank sewer garbage interceptor. The water tank sewer garbage interceptor is characterized by comprising a shell arranged outside, and the upper part of the shell is connected to the bottom of a water tank; an intercepting hopper is arranged in the shell, can be pulled out of the shell for dredging, and is used for filtering kitchen garbage in sewage; a sealing cover is arranged on one side of the shell and seals the intercepting hopper in the shell; and a locking mechanism is arranged between the sealing cover and the shell and is used for clamping and fastening the sealing cover and the shell. The barrel-shaped garbage interceptor with one side capable of being opened is arranged at the bottom of the kitchen tank so that the kitchen garbage can be separated and recycled by a simple structure with small volume and no power consumption.
