The invention relates to a low-wind-load roof system. The low-wind-load roof system comprises a roof and a supporting column arranged at the top of a building and used for supporting the roof, a plurality of upper roof rope rings are evenly arranged on the periphery of the upper surface of the roof, and a plurality of upper column rope rings are arranged on the part, located above the roof, of the supporting column. An upper pulling cable is arranged between each upper roof rope ring and the corresponding upper column rope ring, a plurality of lower roof rope rings are evenly arranged on the periphery of the lower surface of the roof, a plurality of lower column rope rings are arranged on the part, located below the roof, of the supporting column, and a lower pulling cable is arranged between each lower roof rope ring and the corresponding lower column rope ring. The roof has the advantages that the roof is tensioned by the upper pulling cable and the lower pulling cable, so that the roof can still keep good stability when being subjected to wind load, and only one supporting column is arranged at the top of the building, so that the activity space of the top of the building is enlarged.
