The invention relates to an antistatic bamboo and wood decorative plate. The antistatic bamboo and wood decorative plate is formed by splicing a plurality of veneers, each veneer comprises a bamboo panel and a wood base plate, the bamboo panel is subjected to antistatic treatment, an interface layer is formed on the surface of the wood base plate, and through holes which are arranged in a dot matrix mode are formed in the wood base plate and the interface layer; a composite antistatic layer is formed between the bamboo panel and the wood base plate and comprises an insulating sheet and an insulating filling layer; the insulating sheet is formed by uniformly mixing bisphenol A polycarbonate, polyacrylonitrile and filler powder and then performing extrusion molding; and the insulating filling layer is formed by filling antistatic PVC resin, and the insulating filling layer is pressurized and filled in the through holes in the wood base plate and the interface layer during forming. The bamboo and wood decorative plate is integrally formed by solid wood and bamboo materials, has natural bamboo grains in appearance and has the advantages of good surface texture and excellent antistatic performance.
