Heating ceramic tile paving structure and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a heating and heat preservation ceramic tile paving structure. The structure sequentially comprises a ceramic tile layer, a heating layer, an insulation protection layer, a leveling bonding layer, a heat insulation layer, a heat preservation layer and a blank cement floor from top to bottom, wherein the heat preservation layer is a flame-retardant extruded sheet, and the heating ceramic tile paving structure further comprises nails which are steel nails, penetrate through the heat preservation layer and are pinned in the cement floor. According to the scheme, a polyurethane thermal insulation layer is omitted, and the flame-retardant extruded sheet is used as the heat preservation layer, so that the production cost is reduced; and according to the scheme, the step of pressing the heat preservation layer and the ceramic tile layer and the step of pressing the heating layer and the insulation protection layer are omitted, the heat preservation layer is directly fixed and used during paving, a cement mortar layer for paving common ceramic tiles is omitted, the technology is more simplified, the good heat preservation effect of the heating ceramic tile paving structure is guaranteed, meanwhile, the anti-deformation stability performance is qualified, the technology can be simplified, and firm paving is achieved at low cost.
