The invention discloses a waterproof, moisture-proof and mildew-proof construction process for an indoor floor. The waterproof, moisture-proof and mildew-proof construction process comprises the following steps that S1, a base layer is cleaned; S2, whether the ground is mildewed or not is checked, and thorough mildew removal treatment is carried out on the ground; S3, a water blocking layer is laid on the base layer, the surface of the water blocking layer is connected with the surface of the base layer in an attached mode, and the peripheral ends of the water blocking layer are laid to the wall connected with the base layer; S4, sealing primer is evenly brushed on the surface of the base layer, and protective primer is brushed on the sealing primer; S5, after all the protective primer is dried, a waterproof coiled material is cut according to the laying length and rolled for standby application, and then the waterproof coiled material to be laid is subjected to hot melting treatment; S6, after the surface of the waterproof coiled material is subjected to hot melting, the waterproof coiled material is immediately laid to the ground base layer; S7, a double-layer waterproof coiled material is laid on an indoor weak part which is prone to causing water leakage; and S8, edge sealing treatment is carried out on transverse and vertical joints of the waterproof coiled material. The waterproof, moisture-proof and mildew-proof performance of the indoor floor is greatly improved.
