The subject of the invention is a revolving door (100) for a building device, having opposite drum walls (10) and a top body having a front edge (14), a turnstile (12) having a plurality of door leaf elements (11) being rotatably arranged between the drum walls (10). The drum wall (10) and the front edge (14) together with the door floor (13), which can be walked for the user, form an edge region of an access opening (15) for the user to access the revolving door (100). According to the invention, the revolving door (100) has at least one lighting means (16), which is arranged on at least one edge region of the entrance (15) and/or on a main closing edge (17) of at least one of the door leaf elements (11) in order to form a light signaling function.
