The invention relates to a mountainous area water supply and power supply system based on photovoltaic micro pumped storage. The water supply and power supply system comprises an upper reservoir, a lower reservoir, a mountainous area photovoltaic array and a water surface floating photovoltaic array, one end of the upper reservoir is connected with the lower reservoir through a water pipeline, and the other end of the upper reservoir is connected with a mountainous area water system; the upper reservoir adopts a water storage tank of a water lifting irrigation system in a mountainous area, and the lower reservoir adopts an under-mountain natural river or a water pool; and meanwhile, a mountain photovoltaic array is built in an open land or a wasteland in a mountain area, and a water surface floating photovoltaic array is built in a reservoir under the mountain. Power supply and energy storage services are provided for the mountainous area micro-grid, and meanwhile the problems of living water supply and agricultural irrigation in the mountainous area can be solved. The photovoltaic power station, the micro pumped storage and the mountain area water lifting irrigation system are combined, and the system has the self-power-supply capacity and the self-water-supply capacity for the mountain areas with good photovoltaic resource conditions and water supply requirements.
