The invention discloses a condensation water taking type water-saving irrigation system based on semiconductor refrigeration, and relates to the technical field of condensation irrigation. The irrigation system comprises a solar control system which is used for saving energy in the irrigation process, a liquefaction system which is used for collecting and condensing outside air and then collecting liquid for irrigation, and an irrigation network system which is used for irrigating vegetation in a highway green belt, wherein the solar control system comprises a photovoltaic system and an intelligent control module.
