The invention discloses a marine construction material lifting and conveying device. The device comprises a main body support, first step conveying belts, a material mixing assembly, second step conveying belts and storing and stirring assemblies, the main body support is fixedly installed on the ground, three sets of first conveying belts are installed on a bottom layer platform in parallel, and the material mixing assembly is installed below the first conveying belts; materials conveyed by the conveying belts are conveyed into the material mixing assembly according to the proportion of different concrete, various materials are fully mixed through double augers in the material mixing assembly, the materials are poured to the second step conveying belts through a discharging opening in a main body, the second step conveying belts is fixedly connected to the main body support, and the storing and stirring assemblies arranged below the second step conveying belts. After the materials enter the storing and stirring assemblies, water is added, then the materials are fully stirred through an internal specially-made combined auger, final mixing of concrete is completed, the concrete is poured onto the second set of second step conveying belts after valves are opened, then the concrete is poured into the second set of storing and stirring assemblies to be conveyed upwards step by step, and finally the final floor is reached.
