Method for preparing wave-absorbing sludge ceramic material by utilizing zinc-cobalt-manganese mixed wastewater of zinc smelting system
The invention discloses a method for preparing a wave-absorbing sludge ceramic material by using zinc-cobalt-manganese mixed wastewater of a zinc smelting system, which comprises the following steps of adding a chelating precipitant and a flocculating agent into the zinc-cobalt-manganese mixed wastewater for chelating-flocculating precipitation to obtain a multi-metal compound suspension, adding a collecting agent and an auxiliary agent into the multi-metal compound suspension for foam flotation, and acquiring a foam product rich in manganese, cobalt, zinc and iron, and enabling the foam product to be sequentially subjected to drying treatment, grinding treatment and calcination treatment, and acquiring the wave-absorbing sludge ceramic material. The method not only realizes efficient removal of multi-element heavy metals in the zinc-cobalt-manganese mixed wastewater, but also obtains the functional sludge ceramic material, realizes resource utilization of the wastewater, and also reduces pollution of the wastewater containing heavy metals to the environment.
本发明公开了一种利用锌冶炼体系锌钴锰混合废水制备吸波污泥陶瓷材料的方法,该方法是在锌钴锰混合废水中加入螯合沉淀剂和絮凝剂进行螯合‑絮凝沉淀,得到多金属复合物悬浮液;在所述多金属复合物悬浮液中加入捕收剂和辅助剂进行泡沫浮选,得到富集锰、钴、锌及铁的泡沫产品;将泡沫产品依次经过干燥处理、粉磨处理和煅烧处理,即得吸波污泥陶瓷材料。该方法不仅实现了锌钴锰混合废水中多元重金属的高效去除,并且获得了具有功能性的污泥陶瓷材料,实现了废水的资源化利用,同时也降低了含重金属废水对环境的污染。
