Heat insulation plate and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a heat insulation plate, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of aluminum silicate wool, 0.78-5 parts of a phenolic resin, 1-3 parts of paper sheet and 30-60 parts of quartz sand, or 1-2 parts of aluminum silicate wool, 0.78-5 parts of a phenolic resin, 1-3 parts of paper sheet, 24-54 parts of quartz sand and 6-7 parts of magnesia powder. The invention also provides a preparation method of the heat insulation plate, wherein the method comprises the following steps: providing aluminum silicate wool, a phenolic resin, paper sheet and quartz sand, or providing aluminum silicate wool, a phenolic resin, paper sheet, quartz sand and magnesium powder in parts by weight; stirring and mixing the components to prepare mixed slurry; preparing the mixed slurry into a plate blank; and putting the plate blank into a kiln, and firing to prepare the heat insulation plate. The heat insulation plate manufactured by the method is high in refractoriness, low in heat conductivity, good in heat insulation performance, small in shrinkage rate, good in surface flatness and smoothness, good in occlusal surface contact after assembly, free of gaps, tight in connection, free of looseness, good in leakproofness and molten steel permeation resistance, low in water content, and good in strength and toughness.
