Semi-rigid base pavement maintenance structure
The invention relates to a semi-rigid base pavement maintenance structure which comprises indented square pipes and tensioning frames, the indented square pipes correspond to prestressing tendons one to one and are located on the corresponding prestressing tendons, the indented square pipes are pre-buried in a cast-in-place roadbed, the length of the indented square pipes extends in the length direction of the prestressing tendons, the indented square pipes are filled with slow bonding agents, the indented square pipes divided into a left half part and a right half part through indentation lines arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface, and the thickness corresponding to the indentation lines is smaller than the wall thickness of the indented square pipes. There are multiple tensioning frames which are pre-buried in the cast-in-place roadbed and arranged at intervals in the length direction of the indented square pipes, the tensioning frames are connected to the left side of the left half part and the right side of the right half part correspondingly, and each tensioning frame comprises a connecting rod and a stopping disc perpendicularly connected to one end of the connecting rod. The semi-rigid base pavement maintenance structure has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost and capable of effectively preventing and treating cracks in the early stage and the middle stage.
本发明涉及半刚性基层路面养护结构,括刻痕方管和张拉架,刻痕方管与各预应力束一一对应设置且位于对应的预应力束上方,刻痕方管预埋在现浇路基中,刻痕方管的长度沿预应力束的长度方向延伸,刻痕方管内充填有缓粘接剂,刻痕方管通过上、下表面设置刻痕线分隔为左半部分和右半部分,刻痕线处对应的厚度小于刻痕方管的壁厚;张拉架有多个,预埋在现浇路基中,沿刻痕方管的长度方向间隔设置,张拉架分别连接在左半部分左侧和右半部分右侧,包括连接杆以及垂直连接在连接杆一端的挡止盘。具有结构简单、成本低、可对裂缝的前中期均进行有效防治的优点。
