Temporary steel supporting structure for deep foundation pit construction and construction method of temporary steel supporting structure
The invention discloses a temporary steel supporting structure for deep foundation pit construction. The temporary steel supporting structure comprises embedded parts and supporting rods; the embedded parts are arranged on wall bodies and stand columns near a post-cast strip; and the two ends of each supporting rod are connected to the two adjacent stand columns and the embedded parts on the wall body respectively. The construction method of the temporary steel supporting structure comprises the following steps that S1, when the wall body and the stand columns of negative N layer (the basement is provided with the negative N layers, and N is larger than or equal to 2) of the basement are constructed, the embedded parts are arranged on the wall bodies and the stand columns near the post-cast strip; S2, after construction of the stand columns of the negative N layer of the basement, the wall body near the post-cast strip and the plate face of the negative (N-1) layer in the step S1 is completed, supporting rods are installed, and after a temporary steel supporting structure is formed, supporting beams located above the elevation of the plate face of the negative (N-1) layer in the foundation pit are dismantled; S3, the step S1 and the step S2 are repeated to construct other layers of the basement; and S4, when the post-cast strip is closed for preset time, the temporary steel supporting structure formed in the step S2 can be dismantled. The temporary steel supporting structure and the construction method thereof are suitable for dismounting and replacing the reinforced concrete inner supports of the deep foundation pit of the ultra-long basement in a partitioned and segmented mode, and then partitioned and segmented flow construction of the basement can be guaranteed.
