Pile foundation fixing device and method
The invention belongs to the field of photovoltaic technologies, and discloses a pile foundation fixing device and method. The pile foundation fixing device comprises a photovoltaic support, support hoops, supporting rods, prefabricated pipe piles and supporting fixing pieces. The prefabricated pipe piles are perpendicular to the ground, and one end of each prefabricated pipe pile is inserted into the ground. The support hoops are arranged at the tops of the other ends of the prefabricated pipe piles. One end of each supporting rod is connected with the photovoltaic support, and the other end of each supporting rod is connected with the corresponding support hoop. Each supporting fixing piece is arranged between the two corresponding adjacent prefabricated pipe piles, and the two ends of each supporting fixing piece are connected with the support hoops on the two corresponding connected prefabricated pipe piles correspondingly. A photovoltaic pile foundation mainly bears vertical pressure and horizontal wind loads, through the pile foundation fixing device and method, the bearing manner of the horizontal wind loads is achieved, and the technical problem about the piling depth is solved under the condition that project safety is guaranteed. Through the manner that the front pile foundation and the rear pile foundation are connected, interconnection between the pile foundations in different areas of a photovoltaic power station is achieved. The pile foundations are supported mutually, and therefore the firmness of the pile foundations is enhanced, and investment is further reduced.
