The invention discloses an FS outer formwork cast-in-place concrete composite heat preservation system. The FS outer formwork cast-in-place concrete composite heat preservation system comprises a reinforced concrete shear wall, an FS composite heat preservation outer formwork, heat preservation nails and a sealing waterproof assembly. The invention further discloses a construction method of the FS outer formwork cast-in-place concrete composite heat preservation system. The construction method comprises the following steps of drilling a hole in the FS composite heat preservation outer formwork; drilling on the reinforced concrete shear wall; installing the sealing waterproof assembly; carrying out the alignment process of the FS composite heat preservation outer formwork; and carrying out the nailing process of the heat preservation nails. According to the FS outer formwork cast-in-place concrete composite heat preservation system, a first sealing ring and the FS composite heat preservation outer formwork are pressed and deformed, and a second sealing ring and the heat preservation nails are pressed and deformed, so that the sealing effect is achieved, rainwater is prevented from permeating into the space between the reinforced concrete shear wall and the FS composite heat preservation outer formwork from the gap position of a first mounting hole and the heat preservation nails, and therefore, the expansion of the FS composite heat preservation outer formwork is caused.
