Adhesive type anchoring method suitable for one-way FRP tensile member
The invention discloses an adhesive type anchoring method suitable for a one-way FRP tensile member. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, dissolving and removing a polymer matrix within the designed length range of the end of the one-way FRP tensile member by using a solvent, and leaving fibers to form the one-way FRP tensile member without the polymer matrix at the end; and inserting the one-way FRP tension member without the polymer matrix at the end into a sleeve, and then injecting an adhesive into the sleeve, so that an adhesive type anchoring structure for directly adhering the fibers is formed. According to the adhesive type anchoring method for the one-way FRP tensile member, the polymer matrix at the end of the one-way FRP tensile member is removed, and the fibers are directly adhered, so that the adhesion anchoring area of FRP can be greatly increased, the anchoring efficiency is improved, the anchoring length is shortened, the anchoring potential of the same one-way FRP tensile member is exerted to the maximum extent, the anchoring performance of the FRP is remarkably improved, the anchoring cost is reduced, and the applicability of an inhaul cable or a prestressed tendon composed of the one-way FRP tension member is improved.
本发明公开了一种适用于单向FRP受拉构件的黏结式锚固方法,首先将用溶剂将单向FRP受拉构件端头设计长度范围内的聚合物基体溶解去除,留下纤维形成端头无聚合物基体的单向FRP受拉构件;将端头无聚合物基体的单向FRP受拉构件插入套筒中,再在套筒中注入黏结剂,形成直接黏结纤维的黏结式锚固结构。本发明提出的这种单向FRP受拉构件黏结式锚固方法,去除掉单向FRP受拉构件端头的聚合物基体,直接黏结纤维,可以极大地增大FRP的黏结锚固面积、提高锚固效率、缩短锚固长度,将同样的单向FRP受拉构件的锚固潜力发挥到最大,显著提升FRP的锚固性能,从而降低锚固成本、提高由单向FRP受拉构件组成的拉索或预应力筋的适用性。
