The invention discloses a waterproof coating defoaming method based on water-gas isolation. The waterproof coating defoaming method comprises the following steps that step 1, a base layer is pretreated; step 2, an adhesive is laid on the surface of the base layer to form an adhesive layer; step 3, a separator is laid on the surface of the bonding layer to form a defoaming layer; and step 4, waterproof paint is laid on the surface of the defoaming layer to form a first waterproof layer. The waterproof coating defoaming method based on water-gas isolation has the beneficial effects that when the high-temperature waterproof coating is laid, the defoaming layer prevents moisture in the base layer from entering the waterproof layer, almost no penetrating bubbles are generated in the waterproof layer, the defoaming rate reaches 90%-100%, and the bonding layer ensures that the bonding strength and integrity of the defoaming layer and the base layer are good, so that the waterproof and anti-corrosion performance of the first waterproof layer is ensured; the waterproof coating defoaming method is suitable for various loose-structure base layers and is wide in application range; and the defoaming layer can enhance the structural strength between the first waterproof layer and the bonding layer.
